How to Install Ready Drains

Ready Drain is a modular system which allows you to easily and quickly connect and install long runs of channels with exceptional results.

Step 1.

Excavate the trench.

Step 2.

Lay parts beside trench.

Step 3.

Mark and drill hole for the outlet.

Hand drill with bi-metal core drill.

Step 4.

Apply silicon to to the parts and silicon seal together, set up string line for levels.

Step 5.

Set channels to height, *Flow series channels can be setup on the supplied install brackets with twist nuts to adjust the height.

Step 6.

Add additional channels to complete the run. Apply silicon to seal additional joiners and channel sections.

Step 7.

Add grates and shovel quick mix concrete onto the install bracket or around the channel to anchor into position.

Step 8.

Pour concrete into position and add expansion joints as required. Finish concrete lower than top of drain if tiling or paving.
